Issue descriptionChrome Version:53.0.2782.0 Revision 4f1d832918c5966df3cc8ac1d23c8c1544262cee-refs/heads/master@{#402386}(32/64 bit) OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS). Steps to reproduce Pre-condition: Add 4 user from chrome://settings/createProfile 1. Launch chrome, click on avatar icon and then click on ‘Switch person’ option 2. Observe animation while opening switch person window. Actual: Animation is not proper for ‘Person 4’ on opening switch person window. Expected: Animation should be proper for ‘Person 4’on opening switch person window.
