Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsbin.com/gibiyibice/1/edit?html,css,output Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open provided jsbin link 2. Hover on red div 3. See how it shakes horizontally during animation What is the expected behavior? Div should just animate its width but not shake horizontally What went wrong? Div shakes horizontally during animation Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 If we align inline-blocks with ```text-align: justify;``` and animate the width of right block, then it will shake horizontally during animation. I've seen this on Win and Mac, in Blink and Chrome, but not in Safari, FF, IE, Edge
