TabCapture API: captured cursor is not in right location

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Any Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start capturing any tab with TabCapture API (we also are using MediaRecorder) 2. Do any mouse gestures within that tab 3. Save video What is the expected behavior? Cursor must be at the same positions actual gestures occured What went wrong? Cursor has some strange offset from actual gesture location Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 Attached video that illustrates the bug. It was captured via TabCapture API on Mac. this seems selection bug. need go to Blink.

It is no selection bug as cursor is not at right position regardless of selection. You can just move it around and it will be drawn into video stream with some offset.
