TabCapture API: captured cursor is not in right location

Reported by kra...@gmail.com, Jun 28 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
Any

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start capturing any tab with TabCapture API (we also are using MediaRecorder)
2. Do any mouse gestures within that tab
3. Save video

What is the expected behavior?
Cursor must be at the same positions actual gestures occured

What went wrong?
Cursor has some strange offset from actual gesture location

Did this work before? N/A

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Attached video that illustrates the bug. It was captured via TabCapture API on Mac.

Thank you for your report.

Do you have a test extension (or sample use of the API) that exhibits this problem?

this seems selection bug. need go to Blink.

It is no selection bug as cursor is not at right position regardless of selection. You can just move it around and it will be drawn into video stream with some offset.
