Chromium Crashes on RLS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load LayoutTests/scrollbars/custom-scrollbar-not-inherited-by-iframe.html with --root-layer-scrolls 
(2) Try to scroll on the main frame
(3) Crashes.

What is the expected output?
Shouldnt crash.

What do you see instead?
chromium crashes.

@2: I suggest that you investigate the source of the crash.  A crash from a debug build will include a stack trace.
