When i'm signed into my google account i get a blackscreen when viewing videos but i don't when i'm not signed in

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2781.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSCY0WGPGEg

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to this URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSCY0WGPGEg
2. Make sure you aren't logged into your youtube/google account.
3. Note you are able to watch the video.
4. Now sign into your youtube/google account.
5. Now note you get a black screen and audio so you can't watch the video.

What is the expected behavior?
You should be able to watch the video when signed in your youtube/google account.

What went wrong?
Balck screen when signed into my youtube/google account.

Did this work before? Yes Last week

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 53.0.2781.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 [Pro] for Google Chrome Canary Version - 53.0.2782.0

Screen-recording is attached.

@cpfcfan123: Could you please perform the steps mentioned beneath and let us know your observations.

1. Update your Canary to 53.0.2782.0
2. Re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person]
