[Chromoting - Android Client] Feedback animation has stopped

Due to a code defect in DesktopView, FeedbackAnimator.run is not called correctly. On Windows 7 or Ubuntu, the feedback animation will stop in an unexpected progress.

To make it clear, currently feedback animations won't render correctly. Only the first one frame will be shown, and won't disappear. Screenshot attached.

[Chromoting] Feedback animation has stopped

This change fixes a code defect in DesktopView, which causes feedback animation
won't execute correctly and stop in an unexpected progress.
