Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8350.38.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.49 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8350.38.0 (Official Build) beta-channel peppy
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to about:blank
2. In the address bar paste this line:
`javascript:alert('Hi!');`
What is the expected behavior?
What went wrong?
The buttons have a border around them, which does not follow the material design spec. They should be Roboto 500, transparent background, no border, and hover state and ripple feedback.
Did this work before? N/A
Chrome version: 52.0.2743.49 Channel: beta
OS Version: 8350.38.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Which version? I just got 53 OTA (ChromeOS), so this may have been fixed. Have to check.

Can confirm on M53 - instead of blue, buttons appear gray in Roboto 400 with a border.

I can reproduce on 54 OTA ChromeOS (attached screenshot). Tom, can you have a look?

@estade, will this be fixed by your work on MD secondary UI?

what is this Material Design spec you speak of? Buttons will look as they're supposed to before this flag is enabled by default. |
