Disable "End process" button is not working for chrome desktop on Linux

Issue description

Chrome OS 53.0.2774.3 / Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log in CPanel, navigate chrome Management > user setting > app and extension
2. set policy to Block users from ending processes with the Chrome task manager
3. Sign-in user account and reload policy on chrome desktop on linux
4. Verify TaskManagerEndProcessEnabled =  false
5. shift+ ESC from keyboard

What is the expected output?
end process button is disabled when a task is selected

What do you see instead?
the button is not disabled

This is working as intended. Task Manager behavior cannot be controlled per-profile, so you can't set this policy via cloud policy on linux, only via platform policy. CPanel should change to reflect that this is only applicable on chrome_os.
