Issue description
The lab-inventory script is unable to send e-mail.
Here's the log message:
2016-06-27 08:13:13 | ERROR | Failed to send e-mail to chromeos-infra-eng@grotations.appspotmail.com, chromeos-lab-alerts@google.com: Cannot get apiclient library.
