Issue descriptionApplication Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 53.0.2780.0 Device: Samsung Galaxy J5 (SM-J500F) / LMY48B Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Create few autofill forms 3. Now goto menu -> setting -> autofill forms -> credit cards "+" -> Now tap on Billing address Observed behavior: Key board is not dismissed ,as Billing address is a dropdown button its not needed Expected behavior: Keyboard should be dismissed Frequency: 3/3 Additional comments: This issue is present from M-53.0.2779.0 build of M53 milestone. Good Build: 53.0.2774.4 Bad Build: 53.0.2779.0

We don't control when keyboards go down, and that credit card number field still has focus, according to Android.

Can we blur other fields when the dropdown is clicked, therefore making the keyboard go away?
