What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url.
(2)Scroll down the page.
(3)Click on the drop down list 2-3 times under 'Preferred Server' option at R.H.S.
(4)Observe the drop down list.

Actual:Weird flickering is seen on closing the drop down list.

Expected:No such flickering should be seen on closing the drop down list.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-53,below is the Narrow bisect info:

Note:Above issue is not reproducible on Mac and Linux.
