Regression: Unwanted Focus is seen on Delete Icon after closing the Delete Dailog

Version: 53.0.2773.0/8507.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy_spring, Falco, Blaze
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> download 2,3 images>> open it in Gallery.app>> go to edit settings>> click on Delete icon so that Delete Dialog will open>> click on cancel button on the Delete Dialog>> and observe

Expected: Unwanted Focus and tool-tip should not be seen on Delete Icon after clicking cancel button on the delete Dialog (Refer screenshot)
Actual: Instead Unwanted Focus and tool-tip is seen

This is a Regression Issue as it is working fine in M38: 38.0.2125.101/6158.49.0 beta-channel Daisy

Issue is seen in Latest M51: 51.0.2704.79/8172.47.0 stable-channel Daisy

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Able to reproduce the issue on Spring using 53.0.2773.0/8507.0.0.
