Precondition: Create save password entries by navigating to any website for e.g twitter.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings
(2)Click on iron icon,click on 'advanced' option and click on 'passwords and forms' option
(3)Click on manage password, click on (three dots) next to password entry such drop down list appears.
(4)Click on back navigation button,again click on manage password option and observe.

Actual: Drop down list for manage password remains open even after navigating back.

Expected: Drop down list for manage password should close after back navigation.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M51' series i.e  51.0.2690.0
