Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2780.0 Revision 5453dc6abc2d7c797c7f9f16df8aed8e6358a217-refs/heads/master@{#402053}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open dev tool window and click on 'Customize and control Devtools' then click on 'Dock to bottom' option. (2) Again click on 'Customize and control Devtools' then click on 'Undock into separate window' option. (3) Navigate to 'Application' section and observe. Unnecessary scroll bar is seen in 'Application' section after clicking on 'Undock into separate window' option. Scroll bar should not be seen in 'Application' section after clicking on 'Undock into separate window' option. Just to update the bug, Issue is still repro on latest chrome canary M53-53.0.2783.2. Observed Unnecessary scroll bar under 'Application' section. szager@ - Hey, Will you mind looking int this issue since it is marked as RB-Stable, If it's not related to your change please feel free to reassign it to the concerned Dev person.
