Horizontal line is displayed just after play HLS contents(Vedios)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome and enter URL:http://hls.ftgroup-devices.com/
2. Login to HLS Server
3. Play any video

What is the expected behavior?
Horizontal line is not displayed

What went wrong?
Horizontal line is displayed.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.1
Flash Version: 

Device :Nexus 5x
Analysis:
1. The decoded video frame is correct.
2. The SurfaceView(of Chrome)'s size and calculated crop rect are correct.
3. The SurfaceView's pixel data dumped from Graphics HAL is incorrect, so it seems chrome draws wrong pixels on the Surfaceview before post to graphics.

Reproducibility:
10/10
