Issue descriptionARC runtime version:50.5021.602 App version: varies Chrome:3.0.2773.0 dev (64-bit) Platform:8481.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel link Firmware : Google_Link.2695.1.169 Repro steps: 1)install ARC apps like vmware horizon, evernote, vlc 2)go to setting/preference page 3) some of the UI element not work Only meet this issue on the pixel 2013, not on other devices. Seems a recent update on dev channel cause this issue.

1.Take Horizon client in web store for example: dialog is not in the center of main window clicking the radio button or checkbox button will not work. We cannot select the wanted item 2. Take VLC for example: sub menu and spin button will not show in the position as android platform This issue still exists in Pixel 2013 chromebook.
