clearBrowserData is not working

features: To clear the browser cache and cookies

bugs: ctrl+shift+del or by deeplinking "chrome://settings/clearBrowserData" we are seeing blank page. Attached screenshot for ref.

We are working on a fix! For now, you can get to the same controls by doing the following:
1) Open the Settings page
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
3) Find the Privacy section (within Advanced)
4) Click "Clear Browsing Data".
