Regression: Opened single tab should be seen in middle on using overview mode

Version: 53.0.2773.0/8507.0.0 dev-channel falco,blaze,spring
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open only one tab >> Hit F5/Switch windows key from keyboard >> Observe position of window in overview mode

Expected: Opened window should be seen in middle 
Actual: Instead it is seen in L.H.S of the screen.

This is  a regression issue as it is working fine in 52.0.2743.41/8350.31.0 beta channel daisy.

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows.

Able to reproduce the issue on Spring using 53.0.2773.0/8507.0.0.
Marking it ReleaseBlock-Beta for M53 as its recent regression, feel free to change if not appropriate.
