Unable to update DNS settings with Chromevox

Reported by nimerjaber1@gmail.com, Jun 27 2016

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 53.0.2773.0
Reproduction Steps:
1. Enable CVox Next
2. Navigate to Chrome Settings via status tray
3. Attempt to select wifi network name>>connections tab to update DNS settings.
Expected Result: A user would be able to update his or her DNS settings or to allow for manual IP and DHCP network configurations.
Actual Result: A user is unable to access these settings. I don't know if this is a limitation of canary, the Pixel 2, or if this is a Chromevox issue as I am a chromevox user and everything I am Googling states that this is supposed to work, however I don't know if it actually does without Chromevox running. However, this does not work with Chromevox running.1

Revision: I am on dev branch, not canary. For some reason, updating to canary broke updating, and dev continued updating, so I rolled back to dev. Maybe canary doesn't work on Pixel 2... this is beyond the scope of this bug though.

Unable to reproduce on pixel 2 on 53.0.2773.3 dev channel
I am not sure how one goes about updating the DNS fields then. Can you
please explain the process for updating DNS settings?

Thanks.
