Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2780.0 5453dc6abc2d7c797c7f9f16df8aed8e6358a217-refs/heads/master@{#402053} (32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/manageProfile 2. Press 'Ctrl + P' keys from keyboard to open print preview. 3. Then click on 'More settings' link on LHS and check the Background graphics check box. 4. Now click on 'zoom in' button on bottom RHS of print preview and observe at the top edge of 'Edit person' overlay Actual : 'Edit person' overlay shifts upwards after clicking on 'zoom in' button in print preview Expected : 'Edit person' overlay should not shift upwards after clicking on 'zoom in' button in print preview This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-53', below is manual bisect and Narrow bisect info : Good Build: 53.0.2774.2 Bad Build: 53.0.2776.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/0df0f139aae447dad415523007a171c23eca7339..6a8a5d0acf751cd9e0926ff36735a8311e006d91?pretty=fuller&n=50 Suspecting: r400854 from Narrow bisect @dpapad : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this change.
