Can't reach clear browsing data screen

features: what does it do? why do we need it?

bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)

I clicked Clear Browsing Data from the more tools menu and expected to be prompted with typical "what should we clear?" screen but the link went to a blank material settings page.

We are working on a fix! For now, you can get to the same controls by doing the following:
1) Open the Settings page
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
3) Find the Privacy section (within Advanced)
4) Click "Clear Browsing Data".
