Get a blank page when trying to clear browser settings.

features: what does it do? why do we need it?

bugs: repro steps I selected More Tools and then selected "clear browsing data ..." and I got a blank page with a blue header and footer bar.

We are working on a fix! For now, you can get to the same controls by doing the following:
1) Open the Settings page
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
3) Find the Privacy section (within Advanced)
4) Click "Clear Browsing Data".
