Reproduction Steps: 
1. alt+shift+s for status bar
2. Tab to Wi-FI
3. Determine signal strenght with ChromeVOx Next

Observed:
cvox2 reports "connected to <ssid>"

Expected:
# bars or excellent/good/poor signal strength to be reported
