Clear browsing data button in material design history

Clicking the clear browsing data button in browsing history with the material design settings flag enabled leads to a blank material design settings page.

We are working on a fix! For now, you can get to the same controls by doing the following:
1) Open the Settings page
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
3) Find the Privacy section (within Advanced)
4) Click "Clear Browsing Data".
