Reproduction Steps: 
1. search+o+O for ChromeVOx NExt Options
2. Interact with voice/TTS drop-down-list
3. Arrow through available TTS options

Observed:
1. ALl are prefixed with "Chrome OS" which doesn't allow for first-latter navigation or sorting;
2. If focused on US, UK will be sampled, and if on Indian, US will sample (off-by-one)

Expected:
1. Unique region/voice name to be first (e.g. UK English, Chrome OS)
2. FOcused TTS/Voice to be sample (e.g. if on UK, UK to be sampled, and if on US, US to be sampled)
