When I save a file:// URL using Ctrl-S, the download notification incorrectly lists its size as being a single byte:

1. Open a file:// URL like file:///var/log/power_manager/powerd.LATEST.
2. Hit Ctrl-S and save the file to your Downloads folder.
3. See that the download notification says "1 B from file:///var/log/power_manager/powerd.LATEST".

It looks like the full file is saved, luckily. When I save a page from the web as .mhtml, the notification shows the correct size.
