What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start on version 8459.0.0
(2) Install some android apps.
(3) Let system upgrade to latest release.

What is the expected output?
Expect to still have android apps.

What do you see instead?
Instead, none of the apps are still installed. I had to repeat the process of signing into Google play as if I had never done it.
