UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Drag file from download list
2. Try to drag it to other window which is under chrome (by using window list)
3. Nothing happens (or the file is dropped to desktop by release mouse button)

What is the expected behavior?
To minimize Chrome window and let the file be dragged to other window

What went wrong?
Chrome is not sending signal to Cinnamon to switch window.
