Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.use chrome in win 10 tablet mode 2.after some usage, tabs, adresse bar and all system buttons are not responsive anymore to touch events 3. they become responsive again if I switch applications. What is the expected behavior? It should always respond to touch events. What went wrong? I can't find what is making the bar not responsive. It happens randomly an every website I visit. Did this work before? Yes can't remember since which version but the problem is there since several months Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
