Shorten link text of step custom logs

For custom step logs, e.g. "json.output" of bot_update, milo displays a very long link text, e.g. "steps/bot_update/0/logs/json.output/0". The only in this long string a user used to and perhaps want to see it "json.output". Can we strip "steps/<step_name>/0/" prefix and "/0" suffix?
