Chromebook should not go to sleep if ChromeVox is reading text

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable CVox and begin reading a long chunk of text.
Expected Result: Chromevox will keep reading until the user stops reading.
Actual Result: The Chromebook will lock and Cvox will stop reading.
