Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Cvox Next and navigate to any web page.
2. Navigate down the page with search+right arrow or search+down arrow.
3. Press tab to jump to the next element. This could be a form, link or whatever.
Expected: Chromevox will place focus on the next element from the point of last focus.
Actual results: Chromevox often jumps to the first element on the top of the web page.
