Black boxes pop up randomly/when scrolling

Thanks for the report. I am unable to reproduce the above issue on 10.11.5 with chrome version '53.0.2777.0' request you to please try above issue by creating a new user from chrome://settings and also try reseting flags in chrome://flags and let us know if the issue still persists.
