Rietveld hasn't refreshed the list of tryservers after a master restart

On Friday night I restarted tryserver.master.win and tryserver.master.mac to rename some builders, but Rietveld is still showing me the old list of builders when selecting trybots.

I can manually trigger jobs against the new builders w/ git-cl try, but I thought these lists were supposed to be auto-refreshing these days?

please be more specific, which builders?

In https://codereview.chromium.org/2098943002 I see you renamed
win8_chromium_ng -> win8_chromium_gyp_rel

Rietveld shows it, see attachment

fwiw rietveld refreshes the list every hour: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/infra/appengine/chromium_rietveld/cron.yaml?l=8

Please re-open this bug if there is something to fix.

Even as of yesterday afternoon I wasn't seeing them, but I do see them now. 

Dunno what was going on ...
