Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Thanks for the report, but there's not enough information here for us to solve this.

Have you tried following the suggestions in https://productforums.google.com/d/topic/chrome/IGOvsnJfPmQ? Can you give some example websites this happens on?

Ping. Please attach a net-internals log following the instructions mmenke posted, so we can figure out what's going on.

We need more information to figure out what's going on. If you're still having trouble with this, can you file a new bug with a net-internals log?
