Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the "Advanced" section of the MD-Settings
2. Scroll down to see the spacing missing after the "Reset" section.

What is the expected behavior?
"<div id="toggleSpacer"></div>" should be displayed after the "Reset" section.

What went wrong?
The Spacer div seems to be missing after the "Reset" section in the MD-Settings.
