Material History page: the search field isn't focused by default

Reported by woxxom@gmail.com, Jun 25 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2774.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome://history or press Ctrl-H

What is the expected behavior?
The history search field is focused automatically so I can type a few letters and press Enter to filter the results.

What went wrong?
The search field isn't autofocused now, there's no keyboard hotkey to focus it conveniently. I have to intermediately switch to a pointing device, losing my time.

Did this work before? Yes before MD was enabled for chrome://history

Chrome version: 53.0.2774.3 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Thanks for the feedback. This is working as intended for now.

As of version 54.0.2792.0, it is possible to focus the search field using the '/' key, or with Ctrl-F, so you will no longer need to switch to a mouse to search.
