Cannot update Google Canary

features: click Help > About Google Chrome to update Google Canary

bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)

I click Help > About Google Chrome to update Google Canary
and expected updating 
but the page is not available.

and when I try this url : chrome://help-frame/
it worked.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win 7 and Win 10 while upgrading from 53.0.2778.0 to 53.0.2780.0.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.5 while on canary 53.0.2777.0.
Unable to reproduce this on Windows though.
