Clear browsing data keyboard shortcut error

Clear browsing data keyboard shortcut (ctrl+shift+del) leads to blank settings page when material design settings flag is enabled.

We are working on a fix! For now, you can get to the same controls by doing the following:
1) Open the Settings page
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
3) Find the Privacy section (within Advanced)
4) Click "Clear Browsing Data".
