White line between tab and address bar

Reported by eric.f.a...@gmail.com, Jun 25 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2774.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Chrome on Windows 10 with a 15.6-inch 4k monitor
2. Maximize the window

What is the expected behavior?
The tab and the address bar should be fully connected

What went wrong?
If the window is maximized, a white line shows up between the tab and the address bar. This happens in both regular and incognito mode, with or without the material flags on.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 53.0.2774.3 Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I have tried Chrome Stable and Chrome Dev on this laptop and both have the same issue. I tried both versions on two other laptops running Windows 10 at home (one with a 720p 13-inch screen and another with a 720p 15.6-inch screen), but neither of them displayed the white line.

The bug does *not* occur with the #top-chrome-md flag disabled. It only happens with the material or material-hybrid top chrome. I'm sorry about that
The issue has been fixed as of 53.0.2783.4-dev
