Also, the screen went blank when pressing ctrl-d to boot sometimes.
According to Raju, it's a known firmware issue, help from Raju, the firmware also was updated.

The Elm EVT is installed in Chaos Lab on chromeos-row1-rack1-host1.
Connected the USB Ethernet cable and will verify with Aashutosh on Monday.

The Elm device is installed in chromeos-row1-rack1-host3 for now.
The USB Ethernet is missing from host1.
Will move over to host1 when it's ready.
The IP address of the host3 is 172.22.38.33 with MAC address of 00:8c:c6:89:9c:e6

ALso, can't ping the device by hostname, the hostname needs to be reserved in DNS server. Joe and David will update this.
