UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install extension, that has badge number, ie. Ghostery, Tabs Counter, Pickpocket, uBlock etc.
2. Get it to show number, usually just by activating it and opening a web page
3. Numbers on the badge are very hard to read since Chromium UI changed to flat design.

What is the expected behavior?
Being able to easily read the badge numbers.

What went wrong?
Numbers are too small. See attached screenshot. Look at it 1:1 at Full HD monitor.

Did this work before? Yes Before Chroimum changed design to flat / material design, not sure, about 1-2 versions back.
