When gathering lab inventory, report total DUT counts

Issue description

The lab inventory script logs each board, and each
board/pool combination it looks at.  Here are some
sample messages from the logs:
2016-06-23 07:26:05 | DEBUG      | Listing failed DUTs for samus-cheets
2016-06-23 07:56:29 | DEBUG      | Counting board inventory for samus-cheets
2016-06-23 07:56:33 | DEBUG      | Counting inventory for samus-cheets, bvt

From time to time, we have problems with DUTs losing labels, or
pool sizes changing without explanation.  However, the standard
e-mail content (and the logs they produce) don't include total counts.
So, pool size changes can't easily be seen.

We should log the total number of devices with each of the messages
above, to help with these mysterious changes, and just on general
principle.

[autotest] Include DUT totals in lab inventory log messages.

This adds a short summary of the total number of DUTs found for each
board or board+pool combination that's logged during inventory
processing.  The intent is to be able to put a time boundary on
unexpected changes in inventory allocations.

BUG= chromium:623137 
TEST=run locally, see the new logging messages.
