account info for git poller

basically i'm looking for the account that the git poller bot runs under so that i can whitelist it in the Gerrit ACLs on the Weave GoB instance

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
According to the netrc on master1, the account is git-chrome-internal-fetch.google.com

do you happen to know the magic stubby/gob-ctl incantation to register it in a GoB instance ?

David & Vadim helped find the missing bits:
(1) add the right account via gob-ctl
(2) make sure the master (where the poller runs) had netrc creds for weave
