Initial chrome window renderer does not draw correctly.

Project Member Reported by flackr@chromium.org, Jun 24 2016

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2704.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start chrome fresh from a reboot.

What is the expected output?
See renderer contents.

What do you see instead?
See screenshot.

Oddly, any new browser windows I create are fine, it's just the initial window and all tabs created within it that look this way. They seem to have some painting issues (i.e. will leave artifacts over the renderer until the window resizes).

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This didn't repro for me after rebooting and trying again.

If you can repro, can you check about:gpu?
Components: Internals>GPU
Attached the contents of about:gpu. There are several errors GL_INVALID_ENUM on glBindTexture. I think this may be the same root cause as issue 632696.

flackr: Does this still reproduce on recent versions of Chrome?

I haven't seen this in a while, though I have changed desktops and window managers. I will reopen if it comes up again.
