'Options -> Help -> About Google Chrome' leads to non-existing page

Issue description

1. Open options menu
2. Open 'Help' submenu
3. Click 'About Google Chrome' option
3.1 chrome://help/ is opened but 'ERR_INVALID_URL' received

Seems this bug came exactly from the reworked Settings menu (where this page actually must be 'chrome://settings/help')
