Regression: Unwanted black patch is seen beside the scrollbars on toggling back from device mode in devtools.

Version:53.0.2773.0/8493.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Wolf,Pit and Jerry
OS: Chrome-OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1))Launch Chrome>> Navigate to www.youtube.com link>>Open devtools and Emulate with Nexus 5X>>Click on Screen options icon and select Landscape-default.
(2)Now click on toogle device toolbar icon and observe black patches beside both horizontal and vertical scrollbars

Expected:No such unwanted black patches should not be seen beside the scrollbars.
Actual:Instead Unwanted black patches is seen. (Refer screen-cast)

This is Regression issue as it is not seen in 50.0.2661.50/7978.29.0 (Official Build) beta-channel daisy.

Attaching screen-cast for reference.

Note:Issue is seen in the pages with long content (pages with scroll bar).

This issue is not seen in Linux.

Able to reproduce the issue on Pit using chrome version 53.0.2773.0/8493.0.0.
Adding the blocker label,please feel free to remove if not blocking.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Jerry using chrome latest version 54.0.2824.0/8695.0.0.

Note: Issue is seen in any page with long content (With scrollbars). Not specific to you tube devtools.

Oh, also, if you could test in 53.0.2785.56 (or later) that would be great -- if it does not reproduce there, that could confirm that this is a duplicate of  bug 629491

Unable to reproduce the issue on Daisy using chrome versions Beta #53.0.2785.70/8530.62.0 and Dev #51.0.2704.15/8172.4.0 .
But able to reproduce the issue on Daisy using chrome version #52.0.2743.85/8350.60.0

Thank you! Per the above testing results, marking as dup of  bug 629491 . Not possible to fix for M52 but it is fixed for later versions.
