UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2774.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome and open several tab
2. Drag a tab out and make it full screen
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
We can see tabs at the tome of Chrome.

What went wrong?
The tab heads disappeared!!! Though the tabs are still there (because I can use shortcut like Command+2,3 to switch tabs), the tab heads are gone!

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2774.3  Channel: dev
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This bug only occur at the 2nd windows which was from tab dragged from initial Chrome window. (proof: If I use Command + N to create new window, there is no problem)
