[Site settings] On website page, domain name is too close to the top

Being pixel-nit-picky here...

Comparing chrome://settings/siteSettings/javascript/details vs. chrome://settings/siteSettings/javascript

The .settings-box's border-top of the /details page borders the top of the specific site's icon/name, whereas the js settings list has some spacing. See screenshots.
