clear all data not working

Issue description

features: Clearing history doesnt work in the latest canary version

bugs:
I tried to go to history and clear all data, but I am presented with a blank page with nothing but a search bar and a left side menu. I was forced to go back to the older settings menu to clear the data.

We are working on fixing this. In the mean time, you can still do the same thing by following these steps:
1) Open Settings
2) Scroll to the bottom
3) Click "Advanced" to expand those sections
4) Within the Privacy section, click "Clear browsing data"
